Description of the wine

This wine comes from vineyards typical of the Languedoc AOP, where the vines thrive in a sunny, windswept Mediterranean climate surrounded by fragrant garrigue. The varied soils of schist, limestone, and pebbles bring beautiful structure and minerality to the grapes.

Vinification and aging

The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to capture the full aromatic expression of each variety. After rigorous sorting, vinification is traditional with complete destemming and several days of maceration. Fermentation is carefully controlled to preserve the intensity of the fruit and garrigue aromas.

Tasting note

Its color is pale yellow with silver highlights. The nose is very expressive and rich, dominated by aromas of ripe fruit (white peach, apricot) and subtle notes of garrigue (rockrose, fennel). The palate is lively and fruity, with a beautiful tension where the aromatic richness is confirmed with notes of stone fruit and a light touch of citrus. The finish is long, marked by floral flavors and a beautiful minerality, typical of these sunny and windswept terroirs.
